- Auto body parts are checked before leaving the warehouse for any damages, customer will be notified if any items might not be on schedule or out of stock.
- Auto body parts are checked with the customer upon arrival for any damages.
- Items will not be left if there isn't anyone to sign off on the package.
- When customer is notified of package being delivered he/she can set up for another day to be delivered but can not be next day if he/she or anyone else will not be at the facility.
- Items can be returned within 15 days of the part being delivered with a 15% restocking fee.
- Auto body parts can not be returned if damaged, our drivers check the parts with the customer to be sure nothing damaged is delivered.
- Nothing painted can be returned.
- All auto body parts must be in original package upon returning.
- Receipt must be present and given upon returning
- Returns must be in exact packaging
- Returns can be called in to schedule a pick up. No in store pick ups or returns available for the public.
- Everyone deserves wholesale prices.
- Aftermarket auto body parts can not be used, scuffed, painted, or installed for returns.
- Aftermarket auto body parts must be returned in the same condition.
